A $3 million gift from Roy and Gretchen Jackson, owners of Barbaro, will endow a chair in the name of Dean W. Richardson, the Penn Vet doctor who led the team that treated Barbaro, at the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
